Here are 3 people who only FOUND their success AFTER 40. I’ve kept it short here, but simply google ‘success after 40 / 50 / 60’, and take a look what’s really happening out there!
Mel Robbins
She only STARTED her coaching and speaking after 40. She was a Criminal Defense Attorney before that. Within a few years, she became the most booked female speaker in the world, and now has an incredible ’empire’! Books, talk show, the sky’s the limit. AFTER 40!
Samuel L Jackson
His first ‘big’ movie was Goodfellas in 1990. He was 42. According to Wikipedia, he’s the highest grossing actor of all time.

Take a look at this infographic, and click on the different age groups. Check out the businesses that were started by founders over 40. Companies like Gap, Volvo, Adobe, Intel etc. Founded by people in their 40’s.
Conclusion
If you’re in your 30’s, you still have a good 40 years of energy, working and time to build and work on your career and businesses.
When you’re 75 and sitting staring out over your garden, will you still think that 30 was ‘too late’? Or will you wish that you had taken advantage of every opportunity, no matter where you were, or how old you were?
If you’re worried about what other people think of you, will they be sitting next to you when you’re 75? Are you doing this for them? Do their opinions really matter?
