We can change the level of difficulty of an exam WITHOUT changing the technical levels... watch how this happens.

Students are really quick to evaluate their technical knowledge as lacking when they're studying... and sure, there is SO much to know, and there will always be stuff we've forgotten, aren't sure of, always struggled with... but are these the REASONS we're not passing questions? Is it this stuff that's making exams more difficult? Are the exams expecting higher levels of technical knowledge? In a lot of cases, the technical levels in the solutions are manageable... but the case studies do NOT seem that way!

CTA & ITC - Are the exams more difficult in terms of knowledge?

CTA is a really tough year... here's what I want you to hear...
You need BRAVERY.
You are absolutely smart enough... but most students hide from questions because they don't like being wrong. Don't like making mistakes. Don't feel ready because they can't get stuff right yet. They're not 'comfortable' yet.
You will NEVER be comfortable. You will NEVER know it all. (or even most of it!). You HAVE to choose to make mistakes. Signing up for CTA and sitting in class is not scary. CHOOSING to fail questions. THAT'S bravery.
